Lead times
UK Mainland: dispatched within two working days, delivered in three to five working days from order. Heavier items in the Performance and Elite tiers may add an extra working day for the courier handover.
UK Highlands and Islands: add one to two working days to the UK Mainland window. Some postcodes are routed via secondary carrier.
Northern Ireland: add one to two working days to the UK Mainland window. All packages are routed through the same UK warehouse. No customs handling required.
Signature on delivery
Every package is dispatched signed for. The reasoning is direct: the boxes are valuable, the kit is heavy enough to be visible on a doorstep, and we want a clean record of receipt for both sides. If you are not in, the courier leaves a card with redelivery and collection options. If you need to redirect to a neighbour, a workplace, or a local pickup point, do that through the courier’s tracking link rather than emailing us. The redirect tools are faster than we are.
Damaged or missing items
The claim window is seven days from delivery. If anything in your box is damaged in transit, photograph the damaged item, the inner packaging, and the outer carton, then email customer support with the order number. Replacements are dispatched within two working days of claim approval, or a refund of the affected line is processed if you prefer. If an item is missing from your box, email customer support with the order number and a photograph of what arrived. We cross-check against the dispatch record and ship the missing item within two working days. After seven days from delivery, claims are assessed case by case rather than under the standard process.
International
We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom. If you are a UK resident temporarily abroad, we can ship to a UK forwarding address but cannot ship internationally direct. International availability may change. It is not on the immediate roadmap.
