These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of programmes, kit, and coaching services from Zenith Scientific Ltd. By placing an order on zenithscientific.co.uk, you agree to these terms.
Parties and definitions
Zenith Scientific Ltd, registered in England and Wales, Company Number 17148646, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “Zenith”. The customer placing the order is referred to as “you” or “the client”.
Coaching engagement
Each programme purchase forms a fixed-term coaching engagement of twelve weeks, beginning on the date your kit is delivered or the date you confirm receipt, whichever is earlier. Coaching deliverables vary by tier:
– Starter: programme PDF and kit only, no coach contact included.
– Performance: programme PDF, kit, and one thirty-minute monthly check-in call across the twelve-week cycle.
– Elite: programme PDF, kit, weekly thirty-minute video calls, and WhatsApp coach access during programme hours.
Coach availability hours are communicated in your welcome materials. WhatsApp access on Elite is for coaching matters during the engagement, not a personal helpline.
Programme delivery
Your programme PDF is emailed at the point of kit dispatch. The programme is built from your intake form responses. If you do not complete the intake form, we will programme from order data alone, which will be more conservative and less specific.
Kit ownership and dispatch
Title in the physical kit transfers to you on delivery. Risk transfers on delivery, which is why dispatch is signed for. Kit lead times and the claim process for damaged or missing items are described on our Dispatch page and form part of these terms.
Payment
Programmes are paid in full at the point of order. The current method is direct bank transfer (BACS).
Orders paid by BACS are placed on hold until cleared funds are received in our account. If funds are not received within 7 days of order, the order is auto-cancelled and the programme PDF is not dispatched. Contract is formed on dispatch confirmation, not on order receipt. The bank account name, sort code, and account number are emailed in your order confirmation. Use your order number as the payment reference.
When card payment is added in the future, payment processors will be independent third parties whose terms apply to the processing leg, named in our Privacy Policy at that time.
Late delivery
If your kit is delayed beyond the published lead time by our fault, we will refund the shipping cost or upgrade your delivery on a future order. Courier delays outside our control do not constitute a refundable late delivery, although we will assist you in pursuing the courier where appropriate.
Pause and cancellation
You may pause your coaching contact for up to four weeks within the twelve-week engagement without affecting the total coaching allocation. Longer pauses are agreed individually. Cancellation rights are governed by our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The programme PDF, the Zenith Performance Protocol™, the website content, and all related coaching materials are the intellectual property of Zenith Scientific Ltd. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the programme PDF for your own training. You may not redistribute, resell, or post the contents publicly. Quoting reasonable extracts in personal social media for review or commentary is permitted.
Liability
Coaching is fitness coaching, not medical advice. You are responsible for ensuring you are medically cleared to undertake structured exercise. The intake form requires you to confirm this. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
