Products
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, clinical use, or cosmetic application.
Ordering
Orders are accepted via our website. A binding contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.
Delivery
UK orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery is via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent courier. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the research-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Cancellations must be requested before dispatch. Damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. Contact [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
