These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of coaching services from Zenith Scientific Ltd. By placing an order on zenithscientific.co.uk, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Zenith Scientific Ltd is registered in England and Wales, Company Number 17148646, registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA (referred to as “we”, “us” or “Zenith”). The person placing the order is “you” or “the client”. You can reach us at [email protected].
The service
We provide online personal-training and nutrition coaching, delivered as a fixed eight-week block. It is a digital service delivered through our coaching app and messaging; there are no physical goods to ship. We offer three tiers:
- Silver – your eight-week training programme and personalised nutrition targets, delivered through the coaching app, with supporting guides.
- Gold – everything in Silver, plus a written check-in from your coach every week, form review on your lifts, and asynchronous coach support through the app during the block.
- Diamond – everything in Gold, plus priority support and more detailed weekly reviews.
No tier includes live one-to-one video calls unless separately agreed and paid for. Your programme is built from your intake form. If you do not complete the intake, we will programme from your order information alone, which will be more conservative and less specific.
One-off purchase
Each block is a one-off purchase, paid once in advance. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. If you want to continue with another eight-week block at the end, that is entirely your choice.
Eligibility and scope
You must be 18 or over to purchase. Our coaching is training and nutrition support only. It is not medical, clinical or therapeutic advice, is not a substitute for professional medical care, and results cannot be guaranteed. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise or a change in nutrition is appropriate for you, please consult a qualified professional before starting. You are responsible for training safely and for disclosing any information relevant to your safety.
Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Payment is taken securely at checkout by card via Revolut; bank transfer (BACS) may be offered as an alternative. Zenith Scientific Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.
Cancellation and refunds

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from a failure to follow guidance or to train safely. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
