This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for coaching purchased from Zenith Scientific Ltd. Our coaching is an online digital service delivered over a set period; there are no physical goods to return.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund, provided your onboarding has not yet begun. To cancel within this period, email us at [email protected].
Once onboarding has started
Because this is a digital coaching service that begins as soon as onboarding starts, if you ask us to begin (or your onboarding begins) within the 14-day period, you agree that the service is starting and that you lose the right to cancel the remainder for a refund. Once your block has started, fees already paid are non-refundable. There is no fixed contract or lock-in, and nothing renews automatically – you simply choose whether to start another block.

If you are unhappy with the service, contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to put it right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed within two working days to your original payment method. Funds typically clear within three to ten working days, depending on your bank or card provider. We email you when a refund has been processed.
