What we collect
When you buy and use our coaching we collect: your name, email address, phone number and billing address; your order details; the information you give us in your coaching intake form and check-ins; and basic usage data from the coaching app.
Why we use it
To provide and manage your coaching, to build your programme, to take payment, to keep records we are legally required to keep, and to communicate with you about your coaching.
Payment
Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Revolut. We do not store your full card number on our systems. Your billing address is used to verify the payment; we do not ship physical goods and do not use a delivery address.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service: our payment provider (Revolut), our coaching app and the tools we use to deliver coaching, and our email provider. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you are a client and for as long as we are legally required to (for example for tax records), after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
