What exactly do I get?
Online personal-training and nutrition coaching, delivered as a fixed eight-week block through our coaching app and messaging. Depending on your tier you get a custom training programme, personalised nutrition targets, weekly check-ins, form review, and coach support through the week.
What are the tiers?
Silver (£125), Gold (£180) and Diamond (£300). Silver is your eight-week programme and nutrition targets with supporting guides. Gold adds a written check-in every week, form review on your lifts, and asynchronous coach support. Diamond adds priority support and more detailed weekly reviews.
Is it a subscription?
No. Each eight-week block is a one-off payment. Nothing renews automatically. If you want another block at the end, that is entirely your choice.
Do I need equipment, or do you send anything out?
Nothing is shipped. This is a digital service with no physical goods. Your programme is built around the equipment and schedule you tell us about in your intake form.
Are there live video calls?
No tier includes live one-to-one video calls. Coaching is delivered through the app and messaging.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, processed securely by Revolut. Bank transfer may be offered as an alternative.
When does it start?
Your block begins at onboarding, shortly after payment. You will receive an intake questionnaire and your next steps.
Can I get a refund?
You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided onboarding has not begun. Once your block has started, fees already paid are non-refundable. There is no lock-in. See our Refund Policy.
Is this medical advice?
No. Coaching is training and nutrition support only. It is not medical or clinical advice, and results cannot be guaranteed. You must be 18 or over. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether exercise or a change in nutrition is right for you, please consult a qualified professional first.
